I am inviting you to a special Equinox Event at Marston Park next Saturday. Just like the monthly New & Full Moons, the Solstices and Equinoxes are pivotal times to take stock, to goes inwards to sit with the wisdom that is always there, the voice and wisdom of the soul. The Equinox is a gentle pause before we descend into the dark months of winter and renewal, it offers us a time to revere the balance between light and dark and provides us the opportunity to go inwards to truly listen to our hearts. Amy & Carolina will guide you through a healing and anchoring meditation supported with sacred Cacao, before weaving together gongs, singing bowls, percussion, voices and silence for a healing & uplifting sound bath. No experience is required, all are welcome.
