Amy offers group staff classes in schools, colleges, and a variety of business settings, to bring relaxation, increased focus and more positive energy into the workplace.

She also teaches at various luxury venues such as Marston Park, on retreats internationally, and offers private 1:1 sessions.

School Staff.

Often the teaching staff need relaxation techniques more than the children in schools. Classes are often after-school.

Corporate Yoga.

Classes for employees during lunchtime break or out of work hours. Also deeper 1 or 2 day courses for employees.

Private Yoga.

Online or in-person 1:1 classes can be a good intro for beginners or a deepening for more advanced practitioners.

 

Mental Health.

We all need tools for navigating through challenging times, particularly anxiety, depression and stress.

Coaching Programmes.

Book a structured course of classes aimed at navigating a specific issue or reaching a particular wellness goal.

Community.

Classes that are accessible in price and venue are so needed in our community, allowing us to come together and grow.
