Yoga in schools.

With 16 years experience teaching yoga in schools and a BA in Developmental Psychology, Amy has a wealth of knowledge and practical wisdom to share.

She offers bespoke wellbeing classes for children of all ages. Classes involve yoga, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, mindfulness and gentle stress management strategies.

Yoga.

Teaching children the importance of movement and sharing the benefits of yoga postures for immunity, energy and strength.

Relaxation.

Sharing techniques for relaxation such as breathing, mindfulness, awareness, the art of listening, sound healing and yoga nidra.

Mental Health.

Gently introducing yogic tools for navigating through challenging times, particularly anxiety, depression and stress.

 

Community.

Emphasising inclusivity and togetherness as key aspects of wellbeing, health and happiness.

Workshops.

Creating bespoke workshops and courses for staff, children and young adults for stress management.

After-School Club.

Group sessions tailoring the classes for different age groups, e.g. yoga games for younger children.
