Join Amy Bisazza, from Earth Mantra for a monthly chanting class at Makers Yard. We share chants, songs & mantras from many different spiritual traditions. Chanting is a form of meditation, and has many benefits, a few are: helps release feel good hormones, helps regulate the heart rate, works to enhance the brainwaves of meditation, lowers blood pressure, relieves stress & anxiety, boosts immunity & positive thinking, reprograms the subconscious mind.
It will be a very relaxed atmosphere, so you can join in singing if you like, or if you feel to just listen or lie down and be bathed in the sacred sounds and voices, that is fine too. This class is for everyone, no experience required. Bring a mat and cushion to sit on.
